How to register?

Please call our reception at 044- 23860244 (direct) or 24761579or 24761550 to get an appointment. You may also drop in any day except Sunday between 7.30 and 9.00 am on an empty stomach. Entire health check up will be completed on the same day.

Instructions to the patient

  • You are advised to come to Health Check up on an empty stomach

  • Please bring all your health records and current medications

  • You are advised to take regular medications, except those for diabetes

  • Please register for yor health check up at the reception

  • After registration, you have to go through the initial evaluation

  • Please report to the lab for the 2nd set of blood test, 2 hours after the breakfast

  • After completing the process, meet your health check up doctor again for further advice
