  3. In collaboration with Rising star Outreach of India (Mrs Becky Doughlas) and Women’s Indian accociation (Mrs.Padma Venkatraman). The mobile leprosy clinic functions since January 2005 as a part of outreach program, providing and fulfilling the medical needs to the leprosy affected persons at their doorstep. Ulcer dressing for the ulcers and necessary drugs and bandages are provided to each patient. The mobile leprosy unit also focuses in conducting screening programmes in various schools in and around Chingelput It has been planned to extend the MLC to every district of Tamil Nadu to provide an integrated health service to the stigmatized people.
