Chennai, Sri Ramachandra University is organizing a multi speciality free medical camp on Saturday and Sunday (20/21 Sep) at Rasipuram, Namakkal District in memory of its Founder Chancellor Thiru.N.P.V.Raniasamy Udayar. Over six thousand patients are expected to benefit in this camp to be held at Tmt.Poovaianimal Thirumana Mandapam. 55 doctors and 25 pan medical staff including eminent specialists like Dr.S.Thanikachalam, Dr.SSK Marthandam and Dr. S. Arumugam, will participate in addition to the Chancellor Thiru. V.R.Venkataachalam and Vice Chancellor Dr.S.Rangaswami. Doctors from general medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, dermatology ENT, cardiology, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, neurology, nephrology and dental will provide free consultations. Blood tests, special investigations like ECG, Echo Cardiograph, ultrasound and X rays wherever necessary will be done free. Medicine for ten days wilt also be given free of charge. .………………………………..
